Take a clear photograph of each document on your phone, ensuring all four corners are visible and that the photo has not been cropped, otherwise we may require you to submit new photographs. You can upload your documents by clicking the links below:

All documents must be valid and be dated within the past 3 months in order to pass our checks and get you playing and enjoying your games sooner rather than later.
