How do I take a break, Account Cool Off or Self-Exclude?

If you would like to take a break just head to your account profile and select the length of time you want to take a break for.

  • You can set the period for Time Out between 24 hours and up to 6 weeks.
  • For a longer break or if you feel that your gambling is beyond your control, we recommend setting a Self-Exclusion, which lasts from a minimum of 6 months up to 5 years.
  • If you believe you have control over your gambling but wish to close your account temporarily, please contact our customer support department.
