We are unable to restore access to a Self-Excluded account or an account with an active Time Out before the specified date has passed.
For Time Outs, the account will automatically reopen once the time has elapsed.
For Self-Exclusions, you can request to reopen the account after the specified period has ended. This can be done by contacting our Customer Service Team by phone, and they will guide you through the necessary process
