Guide to Clearing Cache and Cookies

  4. Ensure that “Browsing History”, “Cookies And Other Site Data” and “Cached Image And Files” are selected (checked).
  5. Click on the “Clear Now” button to complete the process.
Safari (iOS)
  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select “Safari”.
  3. Choose “Clear History and Website Data”.
  4. Tap “Clear History and Data” to complete the process.
